Designed by the team at SOM, 220 N. Ada features bold lines, dark gray metal accents, and a grid of glass that doesn’t just impress—it performs. And with 308 next-generation rental units stacked above a dynamic, amenity-packed podium, we’re not just meeting demand, we’re reshaping expectations.

You can feel the momentum on site. Our team has windows fully installed, elevators running, and rooftop finishes underway—including trees already in place on Level 29’s terrace. Inside, the lobby and amenity spaces are progressing fast, drywall and paint are moving up through the tower, and permanent power is scheduled to go live by the end of June.
