It’s a bird, it’s a plane, no – it’s AVE Phoenix Sky!
This development is a state-of-the-art residential high-rise soaring over downtown Phoenix, Arizona. This 17-story structure is so much more than just a building. AVE Phoenix Sky is a portal for residents to connect with each other and the city’s best dining, culture, and entertainment. The project was awarded "Multifamily Project of the Year" at the Best of NAIOP Awards event. This recognition demonstrates the power of collaboration and our ability to transform skylines and communities positively.
I’m very proud of our Clayco team for stepping in as the construction manager at a critical point in the project. We utilized our technical expertise through Lamar Johnson Collaborative’s Technical Assurance Group, Concrete Strategies, and experienced high-rise residential construction staff to work collaboratively with the City of Phoenix, including the planning and development, economic development and fire departments.
One of the most captivating aspects of the residential building is its strategic location, putting the Art & Science of Building on full display. It is situated near Roosevelt Row, the esteemed artist’s district, and is only 20 minutes from Scottsdale, offering easy access to high-end shopping at Scottsdale Fashion Square.
Sports fans will be thrilled to know that AVE Phoenix Sky offers easy access to Chase Field and Footprint Center, home to the Arizona Diamondbacks, Phoenix Suns, and Phoenix Mercury. The facility is also conveniently located near world-class golf at TPC Scottsdale, home to the Waste Management Phoenix Open.
