KONE is a proven global technology leader in the elevator and escalator industry. The company provides elevators, escalators, automatic building doors, and solutions for maintenance and modernization and aims to improve the flow of urban life. Clayco and KONE are devoted to safety, diversity, strong company cultures, and expertise that brings the most powerful projects to life.
Our teams have worked together on several developments, including the towers on Centene Campus in St. Louis. This $770 million investment includes a new structure adjacent to Centene Plaza HQ. It will feature new office space, residential living, ground-level retail, parking, and a civic center with an auditorium. Centene Plaza HQ was a 21-story office tower with a 1,700-space parking garage and a public plaza with decorative landscaping, including outdoor seating, a waterfall, and a fire pit.
Clayco and KONE have also collaborated on the Pfizer Boulder Campus facility, an integrated renovation of two buildings on Pfizer’s 4.5-acre site with advanced facilities and specialized laboratories and equipment. This development was especially significant, as it helped refine Pfizer’s global workplace design standards to respond to site-specific requirements and COVID-19 protocols.
Reinsurance Group of America’s HQ in St. Louis was another Clayco and KONE partnership. It enabled RGA to reflect its global brand and local roots with two high-tech, five-story glass office towers connected through a two-story stone-clad amenity base. Our teams have done an incredible job creating synergy, sustainability, and creativity across every endeavor.
