Our triple-threat Clayco, CRG, and LJC trio acted as the develop-design-build team for The Cubes at Gilboa in Massachusettes, bringing CRG’s nationally recognized industrial brand to Douglas! The 1,102,500-square-foot facility will be a vital part of meeting the growing demand for modern distribution space near major provincial population centers.
According to Newmark research, the Boston area's industrial vacancy rate was just 3% at mid-year 2022, compared with 4.3% a year earlier. The Cubes at Gilboa will mitigate this issue, especially with its prime, easily accessible location right off Route 146, near the Massachusetts Turnpike and Interstates 395 and 495. The development will include an array of innovative features, including 40-foot clear heights, 171 dock doors, ESFR sprinkler systems, high-efficiency LED lighting, parking for 220 trailers and 651 cars, and more.
