The Future Gets Brighter Every Year

The future of construction depends on the talent we inspire today, and Bring a Girl to Clayco Day is one of the most direct ways we act on that belief.

This year, Clayco Network of Women (NOW) hosted our sixth annual event, welcoming another incredible group of young women into our offices to experience what a career in design, construction, engineering, and real estate development can actually look like.

For many of these girls, this is the first time they've had the opportunity to meet women leading projects, solving complex problems, and managing construction sites. When they see those role models standing in front of them, it changes what they believe is possible for themselves. That's a big deal.

Construction has historically been a male-dominated industry, but that story keeps changing — because of people willing to invest in the next generation, and because of organizations like Clayco NOW that are committed to creating real opportunity and building lasting connections.

We don't know exactly where these young women's journeys will take them. But we know that exposure opens doors. And opening doors is what we do.

See all the ways we are empowering women, mentoring the next generation, and building the future.
