Since founding Clayco more than 35 years ago, our culture has always been to do more than just build. Our Clayco team is working on multiple e-commerce centers for Amazon across America. The buildings will range from 500,000 square feet to 1,000,000+ square feet and feature up to 1.2 million square feet of mezzanine space. We have developments from my hometown in St. Louis, Missouri, to cities in Delaware, California, and various places and states in between. Many of Clayco’s projects are concentrated on the coasts to accommodate high populations and bustling demand, including the largest facility we have completed to date – a 3,899,874-square-foot center in Tracy, California.
These projects enable our Clayco team to support Amazon’s national operations and positive impact. In the last ten years, Amazon has created more jobs than any other U.S. company and played a pivotal role in driving national prosperity. Amazon also invests in the success of entrepreneurs and small businesses, funding over $30 billion in logistics, services, programs, and people to foster the growth of its sellers.
