One million man-hours. That is a milestone worth stopping for.
The Clayco Galaxy Helios project in Afton, Texas, has surpassed one million man-hours worked without a recordable incident, with more than 1,300 people on site each day. Results like this do not happen by chance. They come from clear expectations, steady leadership, and a workforce that understands safety is not optional.
At Clayco, safety comes first. Everyone has a role in creating a safe place to work and a job site we can stand behind. The Clayco Safe approach empowers people in the field to identify and correct hazards, speak up about at-risk behaviors, and hold one another accountable. Safety is not limited to the jobsite or the workday. It is a mindset that shows up every day.
Reaching one million man-hours without a recordable incident is no small accomplishment. It reflects the Clayco Safe culture we expect on every job. The focus remains simple. Build safely. Stay accountable. Keep raising the bar.
Proud of the entire Galaxy Helios team for how they are getting the work done.
