Infrastructure That Powers What Comes Next

AI doesn’t run on ideas alone. It runs on infrastructure. Behind every algorithm, every breakthrough, and every digital interaction is a physical foundation that has to be built right.

That reality is clear in the Galaxy Digital Helios conversion in Afton, Texas. This 133MW installation represents the initial phase of the development, marking the beginning of a much larger, gigawatt-scale build-out planned for Galaxy’s Helios data center campus. This large-scale project demonstrates the full capabilities of Clayco’s integrated enterprise model, with a scope of services including more than 100 integrated power assemblies and more than 90 chillers with associated piping, installation, and use of an on-site batch plant to support massive slab and foundation upgrades, and steel support for structural.

It is demanding work, and it represents what modern infrastructure looks like when scale and execution meet. Data centers have become essential to how our economy functions. They support innovation, enable growth, and provide the digital backbone that businesses, institutions, and communities depend on every day. Like the major infrastructure investments of earlier generations, they create momentum that reaches far beyond the job site.

There is also a national dimension to this work. Secure, resilient data infrastructure plays a meaningful role in national security. Our financial systems, communications networks, and emerging technologies all rely on facilities that are designed to perform without interruption. Building this infrastructure responsibly is part of how we protect our future and remain competitive as a nation.

The Helios project is a reminder that progress is built, not assumed. When infrastructure is planned, designed, and executed the right way, it does more than support technology. It strengthens our economy, reinforces national security, and lays the groundwork for what comes next.
