If there’s one thing we can all agree on, it’s that good food brings people together. Any family chef knows just how important different spices are to bringing out the flavors of all kinds of dishes.

You can’t underestimate the importance of proper seasoning, and McCormick has been helping generations of home cooks like me create some of the best-tasting dishes imaginable.

At Clayco, we’re currently working on an exciting new project for McCormick. In Sparrows Point, Maryland, we’re building a 1.8 million square foot warehouse and distribution center that also includes office and retail space, trailer and automobile parking, private infrastructure, landscaping, and other related site improvements.

This new distribution center for McCormick is going to play a vital role in shipping the company’s spices, seasonings, and condiments to consumers all across the Northeast region of our country, and it will surely help bring even more exciting flavors to dishes in so many homes.

I recently stopped by the building site on my Ride the Wave tour, and I’m happy to report that we’ve been making some great progress!

We’re proud to be working with McCormick on this project, and I am looking forward to returning to see the finished building soon.
