Todd Weaver is the CEO of Mechanical Solutions Inc., which is an outstanding Minority Business Enterprise headquartered out of St. Louis, Missouri. With a specialization in design/build, engineering, BIM Coordination, installation, and HVAC service, Mechanical Solutions has consistently delivered outstanding results for its clients since its founding in 2006.
Throughout its 15-year history, Mechanical Solutions has been an innovator in the HVAC services industry. In 2013, Todd decided to take his company in a new direction, and the business model was changed from a plan & spec contractor to a full-service design-build mechanical contractor in order to keep up with the demand for MBE firms and compete in the wider industry.
Today, Mechanical Solutions has benefited greatly from Todd’s decision to become the first and only full-service design-build HVAC contractor in the St. Louis area, and its impact on the HVAC market can’t be underestimated. That’s why we continue to partner with them to do the best and highest quality work on confidential projects, like Project Smile & Project Millie.
Todd is also my son, and I can’t be prouder of the great company he’s built and the values that he stands for. I always knew he was going to make an impact, and his hard work and determination have consistently helped grow Mechanical Solutions into what it is today.
Everybody loves a good groundbreaking! I’m glad to announce that our Clayco team is collaborating to create a state-of-the-art cold storage facility for Performance Food Group Inc. in Berkeley, Missouri. PFG is an industry leader and one of the largest food and food service distribution companies in North America.
It’s time to get our heads in the game and inspire the next generation of athletes! Clayco, Turner, and HNTB collaborated to revamp the Richard T. Ubben Basketball Complex at the University of Illinois. Our companies create structures that connect people with inviting aesthetics and enhanced functionality – something users of this facility will attest to. This project doubled the size of the existing building to 75,000 square feet to provide more space for players to refine their skillsets and drive the athletic program forward.
I am THRILLED to announce Michael Fassnacht is championing the new role of Chief Growth Officer and President of Chicagoland at Clayco. Michael will oversee the area’s business, civic, and community efforts, including business development, marketing, and sales, while serving as a mentor and coach to the team working alongside him.
