Zack Kass Appointed to Clayco Board of Advisors

We are excited to welcome Zack Kass to the Clayco Board of Advisors.

The Clayco team first had the opportunity to spend meaningful time with Zack at the 2025 Clayco Compute Retreat, where he served as keynote speaker. His ability to make complex ideas practical, understandable, and actionable immediately stood out. That experience led us to invite Zack to share his insights with our executive team at the Clayco Beyond Summit, where he continued to challenge and inspire our thinking.

As the former Head of Go-To-Market at OpenAI, Zack has been at the center of one of the most important technological shifts of our time. Yet what resonates most is his belief that artificial intelligence should expand human potential, not replace it. His perspective is both optimistic and pragmatic, helping leaders understand not only what is possible, but how to apply emerging technologies in meaningful ways.

At Clayco, we have always embraced innovation, but innovation only matters when it helps us build better, lead better, and create greater opportunities for our people. Zack understands that balance. His guidance will help us navigate a rapidly evolving landscape while remaining grounded in the values, culture, and relationships that have defined Clayco from the beginning.

I’m excited and honored to welcome Zack to the Clayco Board of Advisors and look forward to the impact his insights will have as we continue building what comes next.
