Although Clayco and Lululemon are very different in terms of the services we offer (us in design/build and the other a technical athletic apparel company for yoga, running, training, and most other sweaty pursuits), in a sense, we are both types of “builders” – one of structures and the other of good health!
While Clayco took on the organization’s 175,000-square-foot warehouse expansion for product storage and secondary office space with additional breakrooms, offices, conference rooms, and employee amenities, Lululemon is helping people build their health and wellness. With a covered outdoor basketball court and outdoor patio spaces with canopies, our renovations may help others discover their love for fitness and the outdoors too!
Lululemon’s existing facility already has a yoga and fitness room with scheduled yoga sessions and group exercises throughout the day – prioritizing employee wellness just as much as customer health. The project demonstrates the company’s commitment to employee welfare and its mission to create components for people to live longer, healthier, and fun lives. Clayco also works to promote health among our team members, making a point to have access to gyms and fitness centers in our office buildings.
Clayco is glad to assist Lululemon in elevating the world to greatness.
Everybody loves a good groundbreaking! I’m glad to announce that our Clayco team is collaborating to create a state-of-the-art cold storage facility for Performance Food Group Inc. in Berkeley, Missouri. PFG is an industry leader and one of the largest food and food service distribution companies in North America.
It’s time to get our heads in the game and inspire the next generation of athletes! Clayco, Turner, and HNTB collaborated to revamp the Richard T. Ubben Basketball Complex at the University of Illinois. Our companies create structures that connect people with inviting aesthetics and enhanced functionality – something users of this facility will attest to. This project doubled the size of the existing building to 75,000 square feet to provide more space for players to refine their skillsets and drive the athletic program forward.
I am THRILLED to announce Michael Fassnacht is championing the new role of Chief Growth Officer and President of Chicagoland at Clayco. Michael will oversee the area’s business, civic, and community efforts, including business development, marketing, and sales, while serving as a mentor and coach to the team working alongside him.
