Our teams are working on a joint venture with Poettker Construction and Christner Architects to develop the new Southern Illinois University Edwardsville’s (SIUE) 176,000-square-foot health sciences building. The facility will accommodate the School of Pharmacy and the School of Nursing with ample space for offices, academic classrooms, labs, and more. The project will help students achieve the university’s vision of empowering individuals to reach their full potential through academia and innovative programs.

She has valuable expertise driving talent results from her former role at Dale Carnegie, where she created and maintained customized learning and development solutions for large clients. Clayco’s next project is taking flight to meet expected travel needs! Our integrated team is working to expand Idaho Falls Airport’s (IDA) existing infrastructure capabilities to meet demand over the next 30 years. As the state’s second busiest airport (#1 being Boise Airport), it saw 316,044 passengers depart and an additional 312,285 fly into the facility, totaling 628,329 passengers for 2022 – a new record!

Clayco completed X Phoenix’s Phase I – a 20-story apartment, retail, and office high-rise in Phoenix, Arizona. The 731,321-square-foot structure is part of a two-phase project designed to appeal to young professionals living and working downtown. My first job was stamping cans at a little grocery market in exchange for candy at about 10 years old. The concept of earning was an early instinct of mine.
During my teen years, I had a car wash on my home driveway, after which I started doing small painting and odd jobs at neighbors’ homes for extra money, but mainly to avoid mowing my own yard by paying the kid down the street to do it. I could make more money doing the other jobs, which allowed me to pay him very little to do something I didn’t want to do that was much more time-consuming. Looking back, that was an entrepreneurial experience.
